    Our price changes daily so please call or log into your account online.

    How do I pay?
    Using a payment plan, automatic debit, check, money order, cash, MasterCard, visa, discover.

    Can you make same day delivery?
    Yes. Our normal schedule is Monday – Friday. Please contact us if you need a same day delivery.

    What does the prompt pay discount mean on my ticket/statement?
    Payment is expected within 15 days to ensure you pay the lowest price as reflected with the prompt pay discount.

    How do I know when I need oil?
    We recommend ordering when you gage reads ¼ full. The “average” home with one tank requires delivery once a month between October and April.

    Do I need to be home for delivery?
    No, but the driveway, path, and fill need to be clear and accessible. Always provide us with all contact information in the event we need to speak to you.

    I ordered online when will I receive my delivery?
    Typically within three business days after the order is placed.
