    Can you make same day delivery?
    Yes. Our normal schedule is Monday – Friday. Please contact us if you need a same day delivery.

    Should I order now or wait for lower prices?
    Order when you need oil. Don't try to time your deliveries to price dips which may never happen. The only sure thing in oil prices is future volatility.

    Should I fill my tank before the summer?
    Yes. Keeping your tank full prevents condensation leading to rust and tank corrosion. Additionally, moisture encourages bacteria growth that settles at the bottom of the tank creating sludge. Slude commonly causes system failtures.

    How do I know when I need oil?
    We recommend ordering when your gage reads ¼ full. The “average” home with one tank requires delivery once a month between October and April.

    How do I pay?
    We accept money orders, cash, check, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and automatic debit. We also offer a payment plan which spreads your payments out over multiple months.

    Do I need to be home for delivery?
    No, but the driveway, path, and fill pipe need to be clear and accessible. Always provide us with all contact information in the event we need to speak to you.

    When will I receive my delivery if I order online?
    Typically within three business days after the order is placed.
