I ordered online when will I receive my delivery?
Typically within three business days after the order is placed.
Do I need to be home for delivery?
No, but the driveway, path, and fill need to be clear and accessible free of ice and snow. Provide us with all contact information in the event we need to speak to you.
How do you know my tank is full when delivering and just what is a whistle?
Tanks have two external pipes: a fill and a vent pipe. When filling the tank, air is pushed out the vent pipe making a whistling noise. When full, air is no longer being pushed out so the whistle stops alerting the delivery person to stop filling. If no whistle, for safety reasons we cannot deliver fuel until the issue is resolved.

No heat or hot water?
Troubleshoot with steps below:
- Check oil level.
- If oil is in tank:
- Is the thermostat set above room temperature? Turn it up and see if furnace/boiler comes on.
- Make sure red emergency switch is on. Usually found at top of stairs or near unit. Also make sure switch on side of unit is on.
- Try pressing the reset button on the unit ONCE to see if it starts. Important: Never press reset more than once or you may flood / harm the unit.
If unit still not functional, contact us for a service call.
